Yes for sure! For all individual items you can do FREE PICK-UP in store or we can offer labour service of decor rentals.

Labour service which includes Deliver, Set up, Flipping, Take Down, Retrieval. Labour fee charged depends on what services you need and the distance of the event venue.

FREE PICK UP:
If you do self pick-up, that would be no extra charge. More details: Pick-up and return only available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 9:30am-11am and 4:00pm-5:30pm. We would make adjustment based on specific situation. Everything will be confirmed at the final quotation.

After sending you the final quotation with the payment link, your selected items will be put on hold for maximum three days as your payment link will only be valid for three days. All the items can only be reserved once the payment is settled. 

Absolutely yes! You can leave a note to us while submitting the wishlist, our team will follow up and make an appointment with you while confirming the items on your wishlist are in stock on your visit day.

Yes, we do! We offer both fresh flower and artificial flower arrangements for your wedding. You can directly talk to our florists to finalize your floral design. We have a whole team backing you up! 

First of all definitely the price, fresh flowers will cost you double or even more comparing to the artificial ones. With the same price, artificial flowers can create a larger volume in the space. Hence, we would suggest to use artificial flowers for background. Second, the texture will different, fresh flowers work better as centrepieces. 

We would say, the earlier, the better.

Most of our clients will start to work on their wedding design a year in advance or even much earlier. Once client confirmed their decoration needed, we could reserve for them as most of the decoration are limited.

Ideally, we will confirm all the details of your wedding design four months before it happens. But no worries, we could still nail it if you are in a rush.
